JohnSPILSBURYHenry (Jack) The family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement, also for the cards, messages of condolence and beautiful floral tributes received in memory of Jack. Special thanks to the staff of Spode House, Stadium Court Nursing Home for the care given to Jack, to the Reverend Mike Gollings for a comforting service and also to Chris Hollins and colleagues of John Johnson & Son Funeral Home, Tunstall for their care and understanding with the funeral arrangements.
